Ten years
ago a group of tournament level water skiers got together and master minded
a (Water Skiing Community). Not just any community but a (one of a kind)
affordable community with all of the features and benefits becoming of
a (world class water skiing community). A spacious community
with some room to park your toys, try 170 acres, with 50 acres of water,
and when it's completed, a grand total of only 50 families! 11
families per lake!
They imagined local, regional, and National Tournaments being held in
the (Valley of the sun). They imagined a facility that could host (4)
separate functions all at the same time. They imagined perfect water
(Glass) all 12 months of each year. They imagined ownership in such a
project. They imagined being able to ski at 6:00 A.M. and then come back
after work and dinner at 8:00P.M. They imagined having a
say-so in the operation and direction of such a project. They imagined
being able to water ski on (their own private water), being able to
launch (their own private boat) from (their own private dock).
They imagined teaching their children to ski in a safe
environment. They imagined quiet, serine surroundings, beautiful Arizona mountains, a warm 12 month climate and most of all, they imagined
building such a property so that they could water ski 7 days a week, 365
days per year.
As you know all too well, imagination is the fuel that drives and

Yes there are other facilities around the country that boast of their
achievements. The next best facility in the U.S. has 20 lots per lake.
This would mean 10 lot owners on one side of the lake, and 10 lot
owners directly across from them ,on the other side. We boast 11 lot
owners per lake, all on one side( for better privacy). Stop for a
moment and think this through. On a warm Saturday morning, (busiest Day of
the water skiers week) you might be on another lake at
another facility with 19 other families, all receiving 15 minute water
ski interval privileges, and all of them, in front of you.
What this means for you is, you would get to ski every 5 hours for 15
minutes, and then go back to the end of the line and wait another 5 hours
for your second chance to ski for another 15 minutes. What if you had
4 lakes to choose from? What if on your lake, you only had 11
other families? Nobody ever waits at (Spring Mountain Ski Ranch)
We have received approval of on the final phase of (Spring Mountain Ski
Ranch). Lakes (1) and (2) were in phase one and lakes
(3) and (4) are in phase two. We have two resale lots available
in phase one. We have 22 lots on the water (11 per lake) in phase two.
There are an additional 6 lots with water skiing privileges in phase
two, priced much lower because they are not on the water.
Pricing begins at $249,900 off the water and $399,000 on the water. We have
financing available for those that qualify. We also have 2 lots available
in phase (1) priced at $399,000 that come with a free boat or a $30,000
discount.
(Spring Mountain Ski Ranch) is just 60 miles from downtown Phoenix (on Highway
80, just south of I10 to Los Angeles, and just west of 185) Two of our (4)
lakes are up and running. We are taking deposits for phase (2)
currently. Some of the functions that we have hosted are Pan American Water
Ski Championships. The U.S. Elite Water Ski Team Member and Gold Medalist
Brandi Hunt conducted private one on one lessons, as did the 10-time World
Slalom Record Holder, Andy Mapple.
